Fasting is very difficult to begin and sustain long-term.
We coach our clients in several methods of fasting so that they can start the process gradually and maintain fasting as part of their lifestyle for the long-term. We also include several diets which help to enhance the effects of Fasting on our bodies, minds, and spirit.
